Description
Greg Lasley was a naturalist, wildlife photographer, guide and mentor. He edited the Teas column for American Birds magazine, served on the Texas Bird Records Committee for the Texas Ornithological Society, verified observations for iNaturalist and Audubon Christmas Counts, and took thousands of nature photographs, many of which appeared in such magazines (Texas Highways, Texas Parks and Wildlife, and Wildlife Conservation), and in the book, Greg Lasley’s Texas Wildlife Portraits (2008).
Location Notes
Mr. Lasley birded frequently at Hornsby Bend, 221 South FM 973; Austin, Texas 78725. Perhaps that would be a good marker site.
