Charles Trefny [] And he did this by reaching in his book satchel and he pulled out a flat pie to show them, show the LCRA, that this is what the dam would be like...

Charles Trefny [] Like you got this little bit of deep water right in front of the dam site in the river channel. But the rest of this out here would be just like this pie platter. And it would be maybe six, eight, ten foot of water. That was the maximum. And it's just not a site with any depth.
